CrimeLegends is an online strategy game operated by Sunflower Works. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us about privacy-related questions.
When you use CrimeLegends, we may collect account information such as your email address, username, selected country, and selected gender. We may also collect gameplay data such as progress, rankings, stats, gangs, battles, in-game activity, account status, and seasonal records.
We may collect technical data such as device type, browser or app version, IP address, error logs, and basic security information needed to operate and protect the game.
We use collected information to create and manage player accounts, save game progress, provide gameplay features, prevent cheating and abuse, improve the game, fix bugs, respond to support requests, maintain rankings, and protect the security of CrimeLegends.
Credit purchases are currently unavailable inside the Android app.
Purchases made outside the Android app, such as through the CrimeLegends website, may be processed by third-party payment providers. CrimeLegends does not store full payment card details.
We do not sell user personal data. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate the game, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, security, and payment services.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
We keep account and gameplay data for as long as needed to operate the game, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Users may contact us to request account support, data deletion, or privacy-related help. Some data may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or game integrity.
CrimeLegends is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
